I am the Founding Director of Let Your Yoga Dance® and a 30 year + faculty member at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA. I am also on the faculty with the Positive Psychology Wholebeing Institute, co-founded by Tal Ben-Shahar. I travel throughout North America, Australia, and beyond, bringing Let Your Yoga Dance for Positive Psychology to the world.
The mission of Let Your Yoga Dance is to spread joy and consciousness throughout the world by transmitting body health, brain health, heart health, and soul health to ALL populations.
I created this first-of-its-kind fusion of Chakra based dance with breathing, Yoga and moving meditation, all focused on GENTLE, injury-free yoga.
