Meghan floated in and out of yoga for years with a dream that one day maybe she might become a yoga teacher. Until one day the stars aligned and that dream became a reality. After deciding that she would spend the next several years dedicating herself to getting back in shape at the gym and doing fun runs and mudders. Tight muscles dropped her back into yoga, little did she know that decision would change her life. It was there on her mat that she experience a profound change on a deeper level, not just the physical level. All the years of being an overworked designer, a stressed out mom and a grieving daughter/sister all started to melt away with yoga. Meghan decided to set an intention to help others heal through yoga as it did for her. She hopes to guide people through their healing journey with a gentle hand and guiding words.
