Meghan-Rose wants to live in a world where everyone is living blissfully, finding time for yoga is never a struggle, and offices offer “yoga breaks” in addition to or instead of “coffee breaks.”
A dedicated yogi since enrolling in a one-credit college yoga course in 2006, she’s hooked on the way yoga balances the body and mind, and the feeling she gets when she’s able to access a new bind or is challenged by an inversion or arm balance.
When Meghan-Rose isn’t finding ways to fit practicing yoga into her schedule, you can find her teaching yoga, working with college students for her day job, reading, or spending time with the Team Red, White and Blue (Team RWB) community.
Her next project is a five-week long Yoga Fundamentals Series for Team RWB, giving both veteran and civilian team members the opportunity to build their Yoga practice from the feet up and explore the benefits of a steady yoga practice.
