I began practicing yoga in 2002 in sunny San Diego. Since then, I have explored various yoga styles including ashtanga, iyengar, and vinyasa.

I love yoga and the benefits yoga has provided off the mat. Deeply nurturing and fulfilling. A sense of calm. Tapping into a wellspring of happiness. To cultivate a sense of acceptance and "enoughness".

I believe everybody can benefit from a regular yoga practice. I look forward to joining you on your yoga journey.
