Through yoga, I have found my strength, my spirituality, and ultimately, myself. I practiced yoga poses for years before discovering the empowerment and healing that a real yoga practice offers. After experiencing the transformational effects of a dedicated practice, I felt inspired to help others realize their potential through yoga. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at cambio. Yoga Studio in Colorado Springs in the fall of 2012. I love teaching a variety of challenging classes that focus on the importance of alignment and breath. By creating a safe and loving space, I take great care in guiding my students in establishing and evolving their personal practice.
Outside the yoga studio, I feel most at home hiking, road or mountain biking, camping, or snowboarding in our phenomenal Rocky Mountains. Having earned a degree in Environmental Biology, I am constantly looking for ways to blend my passions of physical and spiritual wellness with the great outdoors. I am deeply inspired by nature, my friends, my teachers, and my students.
I moved to Telluride in the Fall of 2013 and have fallen more in love with the San Juans and the towns of Ophir and Telluride every day. Deep connections have been easy to find, and I am constantly filled with gratitude for this place and this community. Contact me to connect!
