Yoga has enriched all aspects of my life: it has made me healthier, happier, stronger, calmer, wiser and more confident. I feel younger, more powerful and energetic. I am also much more resilient and able to face life’s challenges with fortitude.
And you too can achieve all this and more through yoga.
My wife, Miti, and I have both been teaching since qualifying in 2009. In order to focus on teaching yoga full-time, in 2012 I gave up a hugely successful career in that spanned 23+ years. Prior to that I conducted research in Laser Spectroscopy, for which I have been awarded a PhD in Physics from Imperial College, London.
My approach to teaching is to tailor each class or private session to match the profile of those attending. Yoga is a holistic discipline, and I incorporate several different elements into my classes, including asanas, pranayama, relaxation techniques, meditation and practical yoga philosophy.
I provide a warm and friendly environment, in which you are encouraged to try your very best without fear of any criticism or judgment.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I can help you to take your yoga practice to the next level and beyond from wherever it is today.
