I first discovered yoga when looking for an exercise regime which could help me recover from a long day in the office and also prepare me for tomorrow. Beginning yoga changed my life and my time practising became precious to me.
On moving from Taiwan to New Zealand with my kiwi husband I was able to continue this practice and the opportunity arose enabling me to study yoga’s secrets in greater depth. I completed the intensive 2 year study required to become a Yoga Alliance 500 hours registered teacher.
My ongoing daily practice enables me to stay focused and energized, and I have noticed a positive physical and mental transformation on and beyond the mat. I really enjoy assisting and sharing the knowledge I have gained through my study at the yoga academy.
At present I am interested in the study of meditation so I like to spend 30 minutes to an hour most days refining the skills needed.
