I love yoga and have been a practitioner for the last seven years and over the last year have been honored with the opportunity to share yoga with others in a beautiful yoga studio. As a dedicated student, the moment when yoga changed my life was when I decided I wanted to be a teacher. I teach in a blended style of Core Strength Vinyasa having trained extensively with Sadie Nardini. A style that embodies total transformation not only in your practice but your life in the real world. I am currently studying Yoga Anatomy Principles with Leslie Kaminoff staying on the cutting edge of yoga anatomy providing knowledge for a healthy, safe, effective sustainable yoga practice. I hope to inspire others to tap into their own inner strengths which we all possess and evoke them to dig deep each time they step onto their mats to free their own potential. Each story on each mat is different but at the end of the practice, it's the comfort in your own strength that lets you know that anything is possible. Our true story is just waiting to be told and yoga lights the way for that to happen. Practice and create your own kind of yoga magic and life!
