I started teaching in the summer of 2018 after completing my CYT200 at De La Sol Yoga Studio in Hamilton, ON.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 8 years.
I was first introduced to yoga asana as a child, it was incorporated into our dances practices.
I rediscovered yoga in my mid 20's when it was suggested to me as a way to conquer my anxiety and depression.
Once I started to practice and began meditation I knew I wanted to share this practice with the world.
