My training was initially to learn advanced Thai Yoga Massage therapy techniques, followed by Ashtanga Yoga with Michael Gannon and in Mysore with Sharath Jois - the Grandson of Sri K Pattabhi Jois - and more recently in Kaivalyadham with Shri K Tiwariji where she became one of very few certified teachers of classical Pranayama. She has also coming to the end of her studies in Yoga Therapy with Ganesh Mohan of SVASTA Yoga which brings together the tools of asana, pranayama, meditation, sound and ayurveda to create personalised yoga programmes.
Today, I combine these skills together to offer therapeutic and health regeneration through using traditional tools and techniques with senior executives, mothers, mentally and physically disabled, people in respite care and people who just want to be fit, keep healthy. The common thread is to help people to find and maintain their zest for life through the practice of yoga.
"I am constantly surprised and fascinated about the power of yoga, meaning that so many people have been able to enrich their personal and professional lives to achieve more than they could personally dreamed of. I can honestly say that I feel privileged to be able to share this practice and to be a facilitator in peoples growth. My heart goes out in deep thanks to all my teachers and people who I have been able to share the discipline of yoga with. And the best thing ... the learning and growth is never ending."
