Melanie incorporates her power yoga background with refinement for fun yet challenging classes. She loves to creatively sequence so her students build confidence and explore their edge while developing the mind, body, breath connection. She believes the journey to achieve the next peak pose is far more important than the actual pose. She builds a safe and supportive environment for her students to learn, grow and explore their practice. Melanie also teaches prenatal yoga, Mom and baby Yoga, as well as yin, arm balance and inversion classes.
