A flame that has never faded was lit in my first Yoga class 16 years ago. I practiced Yoga on and off during that time – but the last year has afforded me the opportunity to make this passion my full-time focus.
I believe Yoga is inherent to all of us; as such my classes are not about teaching but remembering a more natural way to move, hold ourselves and journey through life.
My kids’ classes provide a fun outlet for energy while developing focus, balance, coordination and strength.
Our teen sessions cover the same but include elements to address stress relief, posture and mental focus.
The benefits of Yoga for children are tremendous – both in their physical and academic spheres.
Learning yoga at a young age is a gift; once understood it is never forgotten.
