Working as a Clinical Psychologist for many years and being a practitioner of Yoga I personally could feel the benefits and balance that could be obtained through regular Yoga practice. I could also see how meditation could calm the mind and settle the emotions. I started to use some practices with people who came to see me for help in addition to the psychological therapy and then took on the Yoga teacher training. Having it behind me now means I can run groups for people with anxiety, stress and do it in a Yoga studio. Perfect combo. I love it!
