The breath is my focus. I love helping students become aware of how their breath leads their practice. I enjoy leading a slow, strong practice taking students to where their body feels strong not taking them into discomfort.
My classes vary depending on the needs of the students.
It is my intention to help students honour their already perfect body and establish a deeper awareness. I also enjoy infusing my class with traditional teachings to help students learn the yoga that is not just the physical postures.
