I have always had a love for movement and I attended dance classes throughout my childhood becoming a qualified teacher in my early twenties, whilst studying for a degree in Psychology.
In 2007 I began studying yoga while working in an Eco village in Mexico that offered morning classes. Finding a discipline that intertwined movement with my interest in self-development and healing was a revelation. I have since established a daily self-practice, have experimented with many styles of yoga around the world and begun to share it through becoming a teacher myself.
I've also spent two years working in Yoga Rocks Crete as a vegetarian chef and nutrition advisor, which gave me the fantastic opportunity to practice with some of the world's most renowned Yoga teachers.
