I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.
I feel deeply grateful for the many gifts and benefits yoga has brought to my life and I would like to share these with others.
My focus is mainly to use the practice to harness and deepen the mind-body-breath connection. I have worked with women in therapy, offering gentle yoga, breathing exercises and guided meditation to promote relaxation and mindfulness and as a complement to the therapy.
