Hatha Yoga found Melissa when she was in training for her first triathlon in early 2000. Initially yoga offered physical conditioning, yet Melissa soon discovered it introduced her to so much more. She discovered an unparalleled relationship between the body, mind, and breath. Yoga created space, freedom, release, peace, and fun then, and throughout the many chapters of her life journey thus far. As part of her lifestyle, she's also been incorporating acupuncture, massage, and a variety of outdoor adventures.
Melissa (CYT 45 Vineland, NJ) is passionate about the care of her clients in all stages of their lives. Her experience is with youth, adults, and seniors as well as groups in and out of a studio setting. Melissa is dedicated to helping others find a similar experience to hers so that they can comfortably, competently move through life. In Melissa's class expect a spirit of playfulness, inspiration, attentiveness, peace, self-love, and most importantly, not to be able to reach your toes! Melissa may event throw in a bit of quirky fun!
