Melissa Gibsons' yoga practice started in 2002 as a way to relax her mind and release tension through out her body. Very quickly it became a journey of self exploration and brought yoga into every aspect of her life. In 2011 Melissa became a Level 1 Yoga Teacher through My Health Yoga and is accredited with both Yoga Australia and MHA. Melissa is also a Reiki Practitioner and currently studying Yoga Therapy and Level 2 Teacher Training.
Melissa's teaching style is influenced by her love of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow practices and has a strong focus on alignment, strength and stability with a desire to bring lightness, energy and fun to your daily yoga practice.
Throughout Melissa's Yoga classes you will be challenged, not only physically but mentally and spiritually as you transform, replenish and rejuvenate your entire being.
