My goal is to share the passion and joy I have found by practicing yoga with a focus on alignment, breathing and movement. Alignment-based yoga helps bring awareness and balance back into your body with simple poses that put underused muscles to work, allowing overused muscles to release. Alignment-based yoga is inspired by Eischens Yoga.
