Melissa Wallace embraces life one day at a time. I am a huge believer in having a strong core and having full range of motion. I turned to yoga and pilates due to various orthopedic issues in my body. Yoga is a great way to heal the body and soul which is something I like to incorporate in all my practices. Pilates is a great way to keep the core and body strong. I am a certified Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and aerial yoga certified. I have a passion to help others heal their bodies through their health and wellness journey.
