Great Online Yoga

I have been doing yoga online with Dr. Melissa West for several years. I am a member of her yoga site that has many many videos to choose from. She is a wonderful teacher with a big heart. Each class is based on the teachings and she encourages us to set an intention based on them. I really appreciate her sense of humor and sweet disposition. I love doing yoga with Melissa.
