Mercedes has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for over 20 years . She teaches a Heart Centered approach to the yoga practice, bringing in her vast experience as an educator, counseling therapist, and social worker. Kundalini Yoga classes consist of dynamic and rhythmic movement, breathing, mantra, music, chanting, meditation, deep relaxation (and community sharing at the end of class with yogi tea!). All levels are welcome!
