I am a certified 500 hour yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance.
I have over experience in teaching private and group classes.
My personal practice includes many different styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Asthanga Yoga, and I incorporate different elements from those disciplines into each of my classes.
I work with students of varying levels. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can breath, you can benefit from yoga. The base of my classes is a focus on breath, while leading students through a series of asanas. The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students' experience. My classes are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate students (individual attention paid to each student)
