I teach to share the practices that move us from our own small, internal selves to our larger, true Self. A combination of dynamic, intense movement, powerful breathwork and a little bit of thought for good measure. And, because our practice, like life, should be fun there is always a rockin’ playlist to keep us going.
On the mat, I am a 200-hour RYT and I’m currently pursuing a 500-hour Therapeutic Yoga certification through Pranakriya. My appetite for studying different methods of yoga has taken me to workshops with so many talented and inspirational teachers such as Rod Stryker, Jim Bennitt, Sean Tebor, Desiree Rumbaugh, Ross Raybun and Amy Ippoliti. I’m honored and humbled to focus my studies with Yoganand Michael Carroll and the Pranakriya lineage.
I will always encourage you to get on the mat, to be honest, to drink fresh juice everyday and most importantly to be yourself. We can all be happy, we can find a way to be comfortable in our bodies, and we can have fun doing it.
