Since I was a little child, I dreamt about meditating somewhere in a mountain cave, away from the people and the world. But my social character which always led me to people took me to another path. After years of professional competitive rowing I finally embarked on a yoga journey. Although at first I was attracted by meditation and more subtle aspects of yoga, yoga asana was quite a surprise after all that years of hard training. I found that asana practice can give me strength and flexibility on physical level but also peace and calmness of the mind.

After few years of practicing on my own, I discovered AoL and beautiful Sudarshan Kriya but most of all, I found my Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. That’s when I realized nothing happens without the grace of the Guru. So, this technique and insights given from it led me to become a yoga teacher. I started in Divya yoga school with Sandra Petra Pintarić who opened me doors to vast Vedic knowledge and with whom I discovered yoga as taught by Sri Dharma Mittra, her teacher. Petra Charmichael showed me the wonders of Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and also inspired me to learn Ayurveda. From there on I studied with various teachers various styles of Hatha yoga: Ashtanga vinyasa with Bruno Bartulich, Anna Rossow, Petra Miditieri, Tonči Gulišija; Dharma Mittra yoga with Yaniss Andristoss, Jackson, Shir Shemesh; Himalayan(Sukhma yoga) with Snježana Nišević and many other approaches to yoga. I’m very interested in complete Vedic knowledge because I’ve seen it works in all areas of our lives. That’s why I’m also a student of Vastu(vedic architecture and design) and jyotish(vedic astrology). Currently I study to become an Ayurvedic therapist with Smajo Safić Gupta, vidya. All these branches of Vedic knowledge help me understand people and world in general and help me to help people more. Although I am a devoted “Ashtangi” in my Hatha yoga practice, I like to study everything because I find that it enriches me and gives me broader picture of yoga and life. In my teachings I’m oriented in highly individual approach through the Ashtanga series, although I also teach Shakti Vinyasa flow and Restorative flow classes with emphasis on alignment. I’m stationed in Rijeka where I teach () and work as an artist.
