I work as a mediator/facilitator, health coach, consultant and yoga teacher (Yin and Forrest). I have been a dedicated yoga and spiritual practitioner for more than 14 years. Having studied various styles of yoga, my interest lies in the integration of yoga, meditation, psychology and spirituality and, in particular, how what we do on the mat translates into who we are in the world.
Yoga is a lifelong practice. I meditate and practice daily and regularly go on silent retreats.
I teach public yoga classes at the beautiful Evolve and Yotopia centres and cover classes at Triyoga. I also offer private yoga and meditation sessions, private sessions helping people to communicate better with each other, improve their health and their lives - and group sessions.
I wrote a series in Yoga & Heath Magazine comparing the different types of yoga I'm most familiar with. At University, I read Law (with French law) at University College London and have both a Masters in Law and Science (from the College of Europe and Imperial College). I worked as a lawyer in a major City of London firm for several years. I like to integrate my knowledge and experience from different fields to support my clients as best as I can.
I work to create what I call "Intelligent Change" in all fields of my life. This means no fad diets, no overstraining - instead, working to find your edge and to grow and change in an organic and sustainable way. I work with clients to create long-term effective change. It's exciting to see how deep change can go and how quickly it can happen when people are willing improve the way they relate to themselves.
I believe in the principles of re-organisational healing: starting where you are and moving towards your greatest potential.
I speak English, French and Italian fluently - and have very poor German and Sanskrit! :)
