The Truth

Hello Everyone,

It's Michael here! I have been studying yoga for over 13 years and teaching it for almost 9 years now. And I had taught Karate for 10 years prior. I achieved my 2nd degree blackbelt. I've had hundreds maybe even thousands of students as both a head karate instructor of 5 successful locations and as a yoga studio owner for almost 5 years.

more

Now I spend my time leading the "Awakened Warrior Yoga" 200, 300 & 500 hour yoga teacher trainings in L.A. & N.Y. We now have over 125 participants from all over the world including: Canada, London, Liverpool, Mexico, New Zealand, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, the Philippines Thailand, Nepal, India & China and all throughout the U.S. in: New York, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, San Francisco, Hawaii, Sacramento. Oregon and L.A.

10 NEW just students recently graduated!
And 7 more graduate next weekend!
4 of our past graduates have already opened their own yoga studios in New York.

It's a Vinyasa style training & Certification but I also bring in guest teachers with experience in: Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga and Jivamukti. My lineage is with Sri Dharma Mitra. I completed my 500 hour with him.

I look forward to meeting you one day.

PS - With regards to Jose's review... I've never met him in my life. Yes, his wife enrolled and then tried to cancel days before the training was to begin. We have a strict "No refund policy" BUT we offered her a credit to a future training which we are still willing to honor. Namaste ; )

Not flexible nor compasionate

my wife paid him a fee because she was thinking of taking Michael's 200 hours yoga teaching course and she was excited. We have a personal emergency and my wife did not take the class and he is not compasionate nor flexible enough to refund fee back to us. That does not show what Yoga is about hence not flexible nor compasionate.
