Michael is a Yoga Alliance registered RYT-200 and a Stoked Yogi SUP Yoga Certified Instructor. With over 10 years of practice, a foundation of “balance” is at the core of Michael’s teaching. Balance in the sense of Yin/Yang, Dark/Light, Tension/Elongation. Yoga has become the perfect complement to CrossFit, Strongman Contests, and a great way to incorporate active recovery and improve range of motion. Teachers that have impacted Michael in both his teaching and everyday life include Sarah Kaczor Greco (E-RYT-500 & IAYT CYT) of Your Kompass, LLC, Ame Wren of Boston Yoga School, Amelia Travis (E-RYT-500) of Stoked Yogi, Tiffany Cagwin of O Yoga Syracuse.
Classes taught by Michael are geared towards beginners and Intermediate and allow for someone with no experience to practice alongside someone who may have been practicing for a few years by offering modifications while challenging Yogis to be the best version of themselves.
Michael offers classes on various days at various locations as well as Private Group and One on One sessions. He also is available to teach Yoga to businesses that want to bring a level of self care and wellness to their employees.
