I started practicing Ashtanga in 2004, 11 years ago. Took up Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Yoga shortly after. Got certified to teach hot yoga from Yoga Oasis and Mary Grace in 2007. I love the different disciplines, and what yoga does for our joints, spine, peace of mind and balance. I enjoy leading classes as well as excel in privates helping with alignment, thai yoga assists, helping people lengthen, breathe and create a safe space and happy practice. One that gives them the benefits they hope to achieve. I worked hard at NY Yoga to receive my 200 hours in Vinyasa Yoga in 2010. I also provide personal training to mix in with yoga practice. Mainly focusing on Core, moderate weights , Pilates type of floor work and whatever students want to work on.
