In this class you will flow through an hour of an all level Vinyasa class, then slide into the beautiful world of breath work with a brief Pranayama practice. This class will end with a gentle 10-15min meditation. Pranayama is the control and extension of the breath which can help awaken our Prana or life force energy. Practicing the way you inhale and exhale can help you manipulate your vital energy force to effectively soothe or ignite your mood. Pranayama is usually practiced as a preparation for mediation.
