First time interacted with yoga excersise system in the year 2008.
Since then practing and instructing yoga into everyday life as a way to destress realise and act.
After that came meditation and zen practice to seal this procedure.
Recently fulfilled my diploma study entitled as :
"Yoga and Meditation intervention in use of relieve of stress in everyday life of practicioner."
What challenges me most is enrolling yoga in cohesion with nature and natural movement.
