I am a Certified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher, RYT500, and have been teaching only Svaroopa Yoga for 15 years. Svaroopa is a gentler slower style of yoga that practically everyone can do! I address health issues beyond muscle and joint aches, and offer private sessions for more individualized attention.
Svaroopa improves all the body systems including circulatory, nervous, muscular and more. You will notice a significant change in your body after just one class.
Classes are held each Weds and Thurs at 10 Always check the website the morning of class for any sudden changes/life event cancellations!
