I am a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and foot health enthusiast. I teach biomechanically-optimal alignment in yoga and movement and best practices to strengthen, stretch and mobilize ankles & feet. Informing my practice are scientific theories on stretching, myofascial connections, physics of balance, and biomechanics of gait (walking). I am currently enrolled in the Restorative Exercise Institute studying with biomechanist Katy Bowman.
