I am a wife, mother, small business owner, writer, traveler,essential oil junkie, and yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Yoga is a channel for achieving clarity, focus, compassion, and physical and mental strength. I truly believe that yoga is beneficial for everybody.
I teach vinyasa, gentle and restorative yoga, along with adding aromatherapy to some of my classes. Much of my teaching combines the flow of sun salutations with the alignment cues found in the Iyengar method. I enjoy teaching one student or twenty and I am always working to find the best ways to modify for each student.
