I feel blessed with every class I teach. I am sharing a passion of mine while guiding people back to their breath, their center, their truth. Yoga is a transformative practice and in my classes I like to give people space to explore their edges, out of the comfort zone. My active classes are playful and I encourage people to smile, laugh and not take themselves too seriously.
My restorative classes are a wonderful way to simple be present in your body. We start in a supported savasana with guided meditation and slowly move into gentle warm ups then into our longer held poses. All poses are done with an array of props to fully support the body to find deeper relaxation. I am also a massage therapist and I do many hands on adjustments.
