Pranasara Yoga focuses on bringing vitality and awareness to one's physical, mental and spiritual body. Teacher, Michele Woods believes vitality is a result of an optimally functioning human. She hopes that through yoga we can begin to heal ourselves and our planet by raising our vibrations and the vibrations of the world around us. Vibration is the key, and yoga is the door.
Michele has been studying and practicing yoga since 1999, and teaching since 2004. She has been blessed with awesome teaching from many teachers around the world. The roots of Pranasara Yoga are in alignment principles garnered from the Iyengar tradition and focuses on asana and pranayama to increase vitality in the human body and mind. With attention to lasting changes, we work on developing Strength, Flexibility and Balance; characteristics Michele believes are crucial to graceful aging.
