Artist, Yogini, Polyglot and Social Entrepreneur, Micheline Berry is known for her warm, humorous and empowering teaching style. She infuses her life long study of somatics, world art and culture into her unique synthesis of Vinyasa Yoga, Buddhist Meditation and Creative Process. Micheline's Liquid Asana Vinyasa integrates fluidity with asana structure, flow with mindfulness, creativity with intellectual tapas, adventure with personal introspection. As a pioneer in the art of integrating live world music and creative process with traditional yoga sadhana, her classes are often accompanied by a live dj or world music ensemble, interspersed with an occasional poetry throw down.
