Hi There!!
I have been practicing yoga for about four years now, I found that yoga did amazing things for my overall well being, namely the anxiety which I had suffered with for so very long. Seeing how much this changed me and how much my life improved, I decided to set on my journey to become a yoga teacher (this felt like a natural transition as I am a high school teacher by day!). I hope that I can bring yoga to as many people as is possible and that I will be able to change and improve the well being of others through the Asanas and awareness which yoga brings to our body and soul.
