I have always been in love with movement. After years of ballet, my yoga practice began as treatment for my aching body, but quickly became much more than pain relief. Through yoga, I rediscovered the grace and beauty of embodied movement, and I feel incredibly grateful to share this practice as a teacher.
My teaching style is based on a breath-driven flow, moving with grace to cultivate awareness, strength, and harmony of body and mind. Whether it is Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal Flow, or anything in-between, I encourage an engaged, mindful practice imbued with heart, humor, and flow.
