I was drawn to movement from a very young age, leading to a career as a professional ballet dancer. When shifting my vocational focus to grow in corporate management, I discovered yoga as an outlet from the daily stress and demands of my work. Now, I believe my passion for yoga and teaching is evident in the lighthearted, enthusiastic approach I bring to every class.
My current classes combine alignment instruction with vinyasa (flow) transitions, focusing on presence, awareness and a strong attention to detail. I offer a down to earth, non-intimidating environment, encouraging students to move slowly and mindfully in their bodies. My hope is that through the practice of yoga, we can find clarity each day: accessing ease, personal strength and introspection.
