As a devoted and motivational instructor, Michelle creates a challenging, inspirational and nurturing class. She wants her students to feel empowered, centered and challenged in classes, but mostly to enjoy themselves.
Michelle is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor. She completed her second 500-advanced yoga certificate in December 2012 through Charm City Yoga having well over 1000 hours of training.
Michelle now teaches a key segment in the 200 and 500 Hour Teacher Training Programs at CCY, and is thrilled to work with new and experienced teachers.
Teaching yoga and Pilates were a natural progression for her after a career as a professional ballet dancer.
