Michelle is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and a Registered Nurse. She has practiced Yoga through pregnancy, recovery from surgery, and personal crisis.

Michelle's Yoga teaching experience includes but is not limited to:
* Hatha, Gentle, Mixed Levels, Vinyasa, and Prenatal Yoga classes in YMCA, yoga studio, corporate, college, hospital and private settings
* Working with small groups of individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and similar neurological diagnoses
* Working with small groups of cancer survivors through the Livestrong at the YMCA program
* Chair and Seated Yoga classes in YMCA, Senior Center, Hospital and Assisted Living settings
* Instruction of individuals with amputation, arthritis, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, total knee replacement, pregnancy, chronic back pain, neck/back injury, diabetes, carpal tunnel syndrome/surgery, coronary artery disease, migraine headaches, addiction, anxiety, depression, arthritis, developmental disability and eating disorders.
* Incorporating general principles of fitness, meditation, Viniyoga/Ashtanga/Iyengar/Yin/Kundalini/Kripalu/Restorative Yoga techniques, yogic breathing and relaxation methods into all of the above

Private/semiprivate/group sessions with Michelle may be held at your home/business/school, or in her home studio for individuals or small groups of up to 4 participants. You may use your own mat/blocks/strap and/or the necessary props will be provided. Depending on location, rates range as follows:

{$50-$80 for 75 minutes}
{$60-$90 for 90 minutes}
