Several years ago I had one of those life altering moments. My doctor was not in a pleasant mood so he did not sugar coat the diagnoses of Arthritis. “If you do not lose weight and start exercising you will be in become confined to a wheel chair”. His bad day was turned my life around. Trying step class, dance classes, weight training all ending with anti-inflammatory meds. I found Yoga and am in the best mental, physical and aware shape of my life. Today I work with Athletes, clients coming back from injury and surgery, Teens to the more population with more life experience and everyone in-between.

Today, several years later, I am happy to say I feel great and still have not had to add any harsh medications into my life. Instead keep looking and learning about Yoga.

Michelle's Review

I have been participating in Michelle's Yoga Class for over 4 years. she demonstrates knowledge of the anatomy of the body, spirituality, safety, and great knowledge and experience in the practice of Hatha Yoga. She offers clear explanations and demonstrations along with adaptations when necessary. She clearly desires to share her passion for yoga with all of her students, and demonstrates genuine care. I know that she loves what she does and she does it well!

we are older - chair yoga

I have taken yoga from Michelle for quite a while...mat yoga and for the past two years, chair yoga...my husband and I both take thus class...he after a stroke. Michelle has been with me through four major surgeries...her style of instructing is to keep a close eye on our moves to make sure we do not over do or do a move improperly. Michelle is most concerned with our total well-being...she always has or finds an answer to our needs...she is very aware of each
of her students in any of her classes. I personally have learned so much about myself and
how my body works and most importantly she makes me want to improve. Being in her
classes has been life changing for me.
