Michelle was drawn to the healing arts through her personal history with illness. Aware of the negative effects that stress plays on our bodies, both mentally and physically, she has sought out and studied a variety of healing modalities.
Michelle is a certified Muscular Therapist since 2003. She has studied and currently teaches Tai Chi and Qi Gong for the past decade. She is also certified in Tong Ren Therapy and Reiki Level 1. Most recently Michelle has completed a 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa based Yoga teacher training program.
Michelle will be offering a mindful Hatha/Vinyasa flow connecting body, mind and spirit. This allows you to find the places you hold your tension and stress by using both postures and breath, creating new healthy habits.
Michelle will guide you through your practice as you learn to use your breath to create space in your body. Space in the body can allow change to happen… space for the body to strengthen and heal.
