After suffering with back pain for many years, I suddenly decided enough was enough I was going to put down the pain killers and try out yoga, well people kept telling me it was good for backs. I did and it WORKED!
It worked, so well in fact I decided I would become a Yoga Teacher and share what I have learnt over the years.
In 2006 I Qualified with The British Wheel of Yoga and have continued teaching ever since.
That's why I have a belief and passion for yoga taught with care and compassion.
