I came to yoga to escape chronic pain and it changed my life forever. The journey from a student to a student/teacher evolved my practice, life, and career. Today I aim to help students physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally through their practice both on and off the mat. Classes are moving meditations that we often start with chanting, get sweaty, smile and end in a blissful state of balance in savasana.
