"Don't give up, don't ever give up" Jimmy V
My motto in all aspects of life both work and personal. My yoga practice is a reflection of me. Some days it's fluid and beautiful, other days it's rigid and a work in progress. My goal is to teach students to understand not just the pose but the art of movement. Yoga is science, balancing the mind and body is the experiment.
Yoga is a reflection of life, the yogi holds the wisdom of the practice both yin and yang elements. In many modalities of training we can't be held accountable for our actions. Yoga is unique in that, you are your best teacher. The student controls the movement , the teacher is there to guide student into deeper asana.
Over coming cancer in my early 20's my body has been through a lot. many peoples views are construed that they need to flexible or uninsured, not true. That's when you need yoga the most. Yoga is life both on and off the mat.
From SUP yoga, yoga 4 athletes, yoga for cancer, indoor instruction, kids and more. The practice can accommodate everyone. Open mind and judgements left behind.
