I started yoga as a complement to my squash sport in New Zealand in 2008 and fell in love with the practice. I completed my 285 hours of Vinyasa teacher training with Heather Agnew of Yoga Trinity in Canberra in 2013. I continuously immerses myself deepening my knowledge and skills by attending numerous training courses and workshops from inspiring teachers all around the world like Kathryn Budig, Danny Paradise, Mark Darby, Peter Sanson and Gregor Maehle. I also completed Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Immersion with David Swenson in Prague, Czech Republic in 2015.
I relishes adapting the practice to the needs of each of my student and easing them into discovering the amazing benefits of yoga. My classes and teaching styles are centered on the Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices aimed at cultivating strength and flexibility while focusing on the breath.
I love sharing my passion and love for yoga with others and so honoured to be part of their yoga practice.
