She has spent 3 years learning from a Yogi Master, Swami Veda Bharati and his team of esteemed teachers in Rishikesh India, as well as trained extensively in Canada and the USA with BKS Iyengar, Father Joe Pereria, Patricia Walden, Rodney Yee, Pandit Hari Shankar Dabral, and many more.
