Michelle was born in Minneapolis, MN. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2004 with her husband and 2 daughters. Michelle began her fitness career in 2012 with BodyPump, a barbell strength class. She teaches a variety of fitness classes from core, weight lifting, and barre. In 2013 she got her start in yoga by becoming certified to teach BodyFlow, a choreographed yoga based fitness class. As time passed Michelle decided to deepen her understanding of yoga by becoming a 200 RYT.
As a student in Michelle's class you will experience mind, body and breath connection. All yoga levels are welcome from the first time student to the experienced yogi. You will leave class feeling strong, rejuvenated and connected.
Outside of teaching yoga, Michelle enjoys the great outdoors. Her physical hobbies include hiking, biking, skiing,and camping. To wind down Michelle love to make glass beads, jewelry and sew a variety of items from handbags, yoga mat bags to draperies
